Shipping & Returns

Shipping pricing

We offer free shipping on all New Zealand orders.  Free shipping to Australia is available on orders $100 and over. Offer valid only for customers shipping to a New Zealand or Australian address. Orders are sent without signature required but this is available upon request. There is a flat $10 shipping fee for orders to Australia under $100.

Shipping times

Orders generally ship same or next business day.

Following collection, transit times are estimated as follows:

  • Auckland:  1 day
  • North Island (urban areas):  2-3 days
  • South Island (urban areas):  3-4 days
  • Australia:  2-4 days

Notes:  Please add 2-4 business days for rural NZ addresses. Time frames above are in business days and we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

*These are estimated delivery times only, and we cannot guarantee them. Lund&Co. will not be liable for delays in delivery. Orders placed during promotional periods may be subject to delivery delays due congestion in delivery networks.

Lund&Co. will contact you via email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

You may be required to shipping charges where a change in delivery date or delivery address is requested by you following dispatch.

Please note, that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Lost or Damaged Items

If a package does not arrive, please contact us within five days of your expected date of receipt. We will require your details, the details of the item that was lost, and the tracking number we sent you with confirmation of dispatch.

If a damaged item has arrived, please contact us withing 24 hours of receipt and keep all packaging materials. We will respond as quickly as possible outlining next steps to resolve the situation. 


We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

  • the item is seized by Customs or any other government agency.
  • the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
  • the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
  • the item was authorized to be sent without tracking or without insurance.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you really love the product that you receive. If for any reason you wish to return your order or a portion of it, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Any returned goods need to be in original packaging and original condition. The cost of a return courier is the customers responsibility. Please note we recommend tracked parcels, signature required as we are unable to cover lost or stolen parcels.

Sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns for change of mind. Items purchased during a seasonal sale or promotional discount, which is temporary are eligible for our returns policy.

We are happy to exchange your purchase for another more suitable or preferred item. Please let us know you intend to exchange the item within 7 days from purchase. The process for exchanges involves returning the original item before the replacement item can be dispatched. Return transport is the responsibility of the customer.
